| Since the concept of clinical pharmacy was formally proposed in 1980s, clinical pharmacy as an important part of hospital pharmacy, it's necessity of carrying out has been affirmed by the field of medicine. In order to ensure and promote the smooth development of clinical pharmacy, the education of clinical pharmacists should not be neglected.This thesis used method of literature research, questionnaire research, and expert consultation investigation etc., deeply analyzed the clinical pharmacy training modeling domestic and abroad, summarized their advanced experiences which are worth referenced, investigated the developing status of clinical pharmacy in the tertiary hospitals in Guangdong province and the clinical pharmacists'views on pharmacy education, and finally raised a preliminary clinical pharmacy training modeling which fits China's national conditions. At the same time, this thesis optimized the 5-year clinical pharmacy undergraduate program opened in 2009 in our college, reached the purpose of educating superior graduates who have strong practical ability and can adapt to the rapid development of pharmaceutical industry.First, this thesis used method of literature research, systematically retrospected the history and present condition of clinical pharmacy and its education development at home and abroad. From this, we understood that clinical pharmacy and its education in China carried out later than any other developed countries such as USA and Britain. Currently, clinical pharmacy education of most schools is still in the process of transforming from the chemical mode to the chemical-biomedical mode. Although in the curriculum more clinical medicine courses and clinical pharmacy courses were added, their proportion in the total is still few and the pharmacy practice time is little. So the graduates can not meet the clinical requirements. In the United States, Britain and other developed countries, clinical pharmacy education is close to biomedical or biological-psychological-social medical mode, and has strong openness, groundbreaking and comprehensiveness. Also, their pharmacy practice time is generally longer, practice directions are diverse and the practices are early insert in the learning process of theories. Therefore, referring the valuable experience of clinical pharmacy education abroad can provide some useful inspiration for the development of clinical pharmacy in China.Secondly, this thesis used a typical and complex case analysis as an example, detailly analyzed the work contents, the role and contribution of clinical pharmacists in clinical pharmacotherapy. Thus it reflected the contents which need clinical pharmacists mastered in the clinical practice, and guided the initial building of our clinical pharmacy education mode from the reality. Case analysis showed that in clinical pharmacotherapy, clinical pharmacists directly care patients, focus on patients'medication guidance, adverse drug reactions prevention and intervention, participate in the whole processes of prescription and drug disposition and application. To ensure the clinical pharmacy practice can proceed smoothly and the patients can gain effective, rational and economical treatment, clinical pharmacists must master the commonly used drugs'information, basic knowledge of common diseases, the meanings of clinical laboratory examination index, the pharmacoeconomics and so on. In addition, this thesis used method of literature research, reviewed the work contents of foreign clinical pharmacists, and found that the clinical pharmacy abroad had been developing to its lengthway deeply, showing the trend of specialization. The clinical pharmacists as pharmacal experts are in-depth carrying out clinical pratice and research.Finally, this thesis used method of questionnaire research, deeply analyzed the work status of clinical pharmacy in tertiary hospitals and large general hospitals in Guangdong, investigated clinical pharmacists'views to clinical pharmacy education, and summed up the hospitals'requirements to clinical pharmacy education. Ultimately on the above-mentioned research foundation, this thesis put forward some initial building strategies for clinical pharmacy professional training modeling which fit China's national conditions well. That is to say, the proportion of biomedical courses and clinical pharmacy courses in the curriculum should be increased, while the content of pharmacy should be organic combined with biomedical knowledges. The pharmacy practice time must be extended and practice program should be reasonably designed. |
