Studies On The Development Of Cinical Pharmacy And The Status Of Clinical Pharmacist In China

Along with the development of science technology and medicine,the global hospital pharmacy service represented by America has implemented strategic shift of the subject development from the 1960s.The center has been shift from drug to patient,and it has been the new work center of pharmacy service to promote reasonable use of drug.While pharmacists take part in clinical medical system has played an effective role in the security,efficiency and economy of clinical medication. At the same time,lack of understanding in drugs,the increase of drug-induced diseases and all kinds of incidents of ADR has prompted the rapid development in clinical pharmacy.Clinical pharmacy is the Pharmacy discipline which study the rationality and validity in drug treatment,and its main content is studying the theory and method for pharmacy to play the highest curative effect in the processe of metabolism.Clinical pharmacy,which focuses on the relations of drug and human,is directly related to the drug, object and mode of pharmacy,so it also directly affect the quality of medical service. In China,the study in clinical pharmacy begin too late,it still has a large gap with the level of Euramerican developed countries.In management,the education and legislation of clinical pharmacy is imperfection,and clinical pharmacists can hardly give full play to promote reasonable medication.By studying the development of Chinese and foreign clinical pharmacy,referring to some Mature concepts of Europe and America,this paper analyzes the shortage of clinical pharmacy in China;besides,based on the research of the status of clinical pharmacists in clinical medical system,the paper also expounds the importance of legislation to clinical pharmacists.
