The Effects Of Parecoxib On Inflammatory Factors In The Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

ObjectiveTo observe the effects of parecoxib on two inflammatory factors:TNF-α,IL-6 in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC).MethodsThirty ASAⅠ~Ⅱpatients aged 29~64 yr undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy surgery were randomly divided into 3 groups (n=10 each):Patients in group B1 received intravenous injection of parecoxib 40mg while induction of anesthesia, and those in group B2 received parecoxib 20mg,group A was injected saline by the same volume.A blinded observer recorded systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,heart rate and saturation of blood oxygen of all the patients at several different time as follow:Before anaesth(T1),before tracheal intubation(T2),1 minute after tracheal intubation(T3),5 minute after tracheal intubation(T4),at the end of operation(T5),24 hours after operation(T6).The time of consciousness and extubating,the incidence of restlessness, the incidence of nausea and vomiting after operation were recorded also.TNF-αand IL-6 were detected by ELISA before anesthesia induction (t1), 2(t2) and 24(t3) hours after operation.Results1. The serum levels of TNF-αand IL-6 were all significantly different among the three groups (P<0.05).Compared with group A,all of the 2 index were decreased in group B2 at t2 and t3 ,even significantly lower in group B1. 2. There were no significant changes in the situation of awaking,hemodynamic responses to perioperative events,the incidence of harmful reactions after operation in three groups(P>0.05).Conclusions1.Parecoxib can inhibit the perioperative production of TNF-αand IL-6,the effect was related with the dose of parecoxib.2.While induction of anesthesia the patients received intravenous injection of parecoxib which did not affect their awakening effect,perioperative hemodynamic stability and did not increase the incidence of harmful reactions.
