| Object:To observe the treating effect of Anziheji decoction on early pregnant woman diagnosed as threatened abortion of kidney-spleen deficiency combined with blood-head and haemostasis, by obserbing clinical symptom, changes of estradiol(E2), progestin(P), beta-human chorionic gonadotroptin (β-HCG) level of blood serum, and B type ultrasonic. To explore its working mechanism, provide an safe and effective choice for patients of early threatened abortion or recurrent spontaneous abortion.Method:60 early pregnant cases diagnosed as threatened abortion of kidney-spleen deficiency combined with blood-head and haemostasis were chosen and randomly divided into 2 groups. The treatment group were administered with Anziheji decoction while the controlled group were intramuscularly injected with progesterone for 4 weeks. The blood samples were collected to test E2, P, andβ-HCG. Clinical symptom and the result of B type ultrasonic examination were recorded weekly.Result:(1) The effectiveness rate of TCM clinical symptom in treatment group was 96.7%, compared with controlled group (80.0%), significant statistic meaning was showed (P<0.05), suggesting the treating effect of Anziheji decoction on improving TCM clinical symptom is better than progesterone.(2)After treatment, gestational sac and serum E2, P,β-HCG level were increased in both treatment and controlled group, compare with pre-treatment station, significant statistic meaning was showed. But no significant statistic meaning was showed while two groups were compared mutually after treatment (P>0.05). (3) The total effectiveness rate of the treatment group was 93.4%, compared with controlled group(the total effective rate was 90.0%), no significant statistic meaning was found (P>0.05). (4) No obviously side effect or security problem were found in the treating process.Conclusion:Anziheji has evident treating effect on threatened abortion of kidney-spleen deficiency combined with blood-heat and haemostasis. Its treating effect is equivalent with progestin. Anziheji decoction can improve the clinical symptom of threatened abortion, increase serum level of E2, P andβ-HCG., promote the growth of embryo. Anziheji decoction is a safe medicine for treating threatened abortion. |
