Treatment Of Enuresis In Children Enuresis Type Deficiency Clinical And Experimental Research

Objective:Observed through clinical and experimental study of enuresis in children Treatment of Kidney-type effects and mechanism of enuresis.Methods:1,Hospital outpatient clinical study to collect 90 cases of children with enuresis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Treatment group,the Treatment of 45 cases with enuresis control group,45 cases of control group was given DDAVP (brand name:Mi coagulation; Sweden, Pfizer) treatment. Before and after treatment in children with urination and improvement in symptoms from Traditional Chinese Medicine, Objective evaluation of the efficacy side enuresis, and to explore its mechanism.2,Experimental study 40 male wistar rats were randomly divided into blank control group,model group, Desmopressin (Mi condensate) group, enuresis side of high-dose group,low-dose group,n=8.Control group I with normal saline 0.2 mL intramus cular injection,the other group was given hydrocortisone 25mg/kg intramuscular injection making mold,1/d,for21 days;the 8th day of modeling were given double-distilled water,bridge conde nsate,enuresis parties large and small-dose gavage 30 d.Obser ved before and after treatment change in 24 h urine volume, serum AVP,cAMP,cGMP and cAMP/cGMP ratio changes and the morpho logical changes of kidney tissue.Results: 1,clinical research:clinical trials showed that enuresis Chinese side and on-site coagulation treatment of nocturnal enuresis have a good, no significant difference between the total effective rate, but the Chinese side comparison enuresis pour Mi recurrence rate, the cure rate difference between the two statistics significance.2,experimental studies:the model group significantly increased urine ou tput; and the control group, model group, serum AVP and cAMP/ cGM P ratio was significantly lower (P<0.01); After treatment, the treate dgr oup decreased urine output, serum AVP and cAMP/cGMP ratio increas ed significantly compared with model group (P<0.05, P<0.01), high-d ose group and the group is more obvious pour Mi, no significant differe nce between them (P> 0.05); the renal tissue optics no significant patho logical changes under the microscope.Conclusion:1,Clinical research shows that:enuresis enuresis can only effectively reduce the urine volume and the number of children with deficiency symptoms improved significantly higher serum AVP level, to enhance its anti-diuretic function.2,Experimental results show that:Chinese enuresis before being elevated serum levels of AVP and cAMP/cGMP ratio, and the apparent dose-effect relationship, better efficacy of high dose group, and the indemnity was no significant difference in coagulation, but the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine enuresis side is able to reduce the recurrence of enuresis, and its mechanism and regulation of cAMP/ cGMP balance of the.
