Objective:Through the clinical correlational research between type of syndrom-classification in Acute stage of Ischemic stroke and Blood Lipid research:including serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high-density lipoprotein (HDL), low-density lipoprotein (LDL), lipoprotein-a (LP-a), as well as lipid levels with healthy control group comparison to seek acute stage of ischemic stroke, the card type and the relevance of these laboratory markers for TCM Syndrome typing to provide objective basis for further exploration for the future Medicine for ischemic stroke prevention and treatment of this approach to provide theoretical guidance.Methods:Wuhan City, the collection of clinical medicine hospitals in March 2007~February 2010 because of acute ischemic stroke patients hospitalized through CT/MRI examination confirmed that in line with Western medicine and TCM diagnostic criteria for stroke stroke diagnostic criteria, and with reference to the 1996 national acute encephalopathy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Research Collaboration Group to develop a "Clinical diagnosis of stroke evaluation standards"-(trial), the stroke is divided into seven types, namely: the wind-phlegm accumulation group, the Wind-heat disturbance group, the wind-phlegm and blood stasis group, the phlegm-heat and bowel stoppage group, the phlegm moisture disturb spirit group, the Qi deficiency with blood stasis group, and the wind formation due to Yin deficiency. Another randomly selected medical centers in Wuhan Chinese medicine hospital examination as a healthy control group population. Observation of acute ischemic stroke between patients and controls, stroke patients with the syndrome types of differences between the blood lipids, blood lipids in this laboratory study of stroke TCM significance. Each group of patients in age, sex was no significant difference (P> 0.05), comparable. Were detected in all subjects serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high-density lipoprotein (HDL), low-density lipoprotein (LDL) and lipoprotein-a (LP-a) levels, all the observation data entry and analysis were used SPSS13.0 statistical software to complete.Results:Acute ischemic stroke group of TC, TG, LDL, LP-a were significantly elevated, HDL is also reduced to some extent. But the stroke group of TC, TG, LDL, LP-a values compared with the control group, there is a significant difference (P<0.01), but the HDL with the control group, there was no statistically significant difference (P> 0.05); of acute ischemic stroke, blood lipids between the various card types analysis, we found seven types of blood lipid levels TCM there is a certain degree of difference, through the analysis of variance,q-test, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05, P<0.01). Where the wind-phlegm accumulation group, the wind-phlegm and blood stasis group blocking lipid and the rest of the more obvious differences between groups, that is, dialectical as "phlegm", "stasis" a more visible group of lipid disorders.Conclusions:Phlegm, blood stasis, virtual place for the stroke, the leading cause of pathogenesis, the pathological basis can be summarized as follows:virtual -phlegm-blood stasis. With acute ischemic stroke patients with lipid disorders exist, and between the various syndromes there are some differences in blood lipid levels, in the dialectic of "phlegm", "stasis".Syndromes of the patients with abnormal lipid metabolism mostly occurs.On the one hand, it confirmed the level of blood lipids in patients with acute ischemic stroke is closely linked; the other hand, it shows abnormal lipid metabolism in Chinese medicine, "phlegm", "stasis" with the relevant connection can be used as a biochemical syndrome differentiation type of reference. Thus, in clinical practice, we can through the various biochemical indicators of lipid observed, thus supporting TCM Syndrome-type accordingly to assist the medication.
