Objective:By comparing the difference of NIHSS score of neurological impairment degree between Syndrome of wind-phlegm entering collateral and Syndrome of wind-yang disturbance in the acute stage of ischemic stroke,And the differences of inflammation, blood lipid and coagulation indexes,To explore the correlation between the degree of neurological deficit in acute ischemic stroke and different syndromes and the possible related mechanism, and to provide basis for differential treatment of acute ischemic stroke. Methods:Collect 120 cases of acute ischemic stroke that accord with the accord with criteria, incorporating 60 medical cases in the windphlegm into collateral group and 60 cases in the wind-yang updisturbance group. The enrolled patients were scored with NIHSS scale on the day of admission, and tested with relevant blood indexes such as routine blood lipid and coagulation in the morning of the next day.At the same time, baseline information, such as age, sex, smoking history, drinking alcohol history, hypertensive disease, diabetes and heart heart disease history were recorded.Statistical analysis was performed to compare the degree of neurological impairment, inflammation, blood lipid and coagulation indexes between the two groups.Results:1.In this time,120 clinical observation cases were accomplished, including 60 cases of wind-phlegm entering collateral syndrome group and 60 cases in the wind-yang up-disturbance syndrome group.2.There was no significant difference in age, sex, smoking history, drinking wine history, high blood pressure, diabetes, and coronary heart disease history between the groups(P>0.05).3.The NIHSS scale score of the degree of neurological impairment in the wind-phlegm into collateral syndrome group was higher than that in the wind-yang up-disturbance syndrome group, the diversity was statistically meaning(P<0.05).4.The indexes of activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)in wind-phlegm obstruction syndrome group was shorter than that in windyang disturbance syndrome group, the difference was statistically sense(P <0.05).There was no significant difference in other indexes between the two sets in other indicators(P>0.05).The results of univariate analysis showed that APTT was the influencing factor of the degree of neurological deficit.Conclusion:1.There were significant differences in NIHSS scale scores between the wind-phlegm-obstructed collateral syndrome group and the wind-yang up-disturbance syndrome group in the acute stage of ischemic stroke, and the degree of neurological impairment was more serious in the windphlegm-obstructed collateral syndrome group.2.It is speculated that shortening of APTT may be the biological mechanism that the neurological deficit of wind-phlegm entering collateral syndrome is more severe and the NIHSS score is higher in acute ischemic stroke.
