Analysis For The Content Of Trace Elements In Fuyankang Granules And Compatibility

Chinese traditional medicine is treasure of Chinese traditional physic. Our healthy is related to trace elements closely. In recent years the research of trace elements in Chinese traditional medicines has attracted more and more attention. The speciation analysis of element is an important problem.Gynecological diseases can be cured by Fuyankang Granules .Research and analysis of the kind , content and speciation for trace elements in Fuyankang Granules and Compatibility.The results provided theoretical basis for the popularization of Fuyankang Granules.The trace elements in Fuyankang Granules and Compatibility were determined with wet or microwave digestion by flame atomic absorption spectrometry and Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry. Speciation of four elements (Mn, Fe, Cu and Zn) in six Chinese traditional medicine were studied.The suitable sample preparation had been developed .The microwave digestion condition was optimized from digestion system, proportion of acids and digestion procedure, which affords reference for the preparation of Chinese traditional medicines. Parameters of FAAS and ICP-AES were optimized.The experimental results show that the trace elements in Fuyankang Granules and Compatibility .The results had important effects of studying speciation of trace elements on which trace elements produce its effects in Fuyankang Granules and Compatibility, and on developing and researching new dosage from of Chinese traditional medicines.
