Study On The Regulating Mechanism Of Electro-acupuncture On T-AOC,cAMP And CGMP Of The Cerebral Ischemia-reperfusion Model Rats

Stroke is one of the major diseases that damage severely human health. With the advent of aging society, the incidence,mortality and disability rates of stroke are gradually the highest among all the diseases,and acupuncture treatment of stroke has the exact effect. In order to discusses the effect of electro-acupuncture on acute focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats,and research the effect of EA on T-AOC,cAMP and cGMP.we use the rat model of focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion in the experiment,observe the level of T-AOC,cAMP and cGMP,The results are:1.Electro-acupuncture can improve cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rat,and the defect on neuropathology can be corrected on some extent.2.The mechanisms of electro-acupuncture on rat cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury was possibility that the acupuncture can enhance the ability of oxidation resistance,and adjust the second messenger—cAMP,cGMP in cell signal transduction.The balance between cAMP and cGMP to be restored,in order to play a therapeutic effect.
