Acupuncture At Different Acupoints On Cerebral Stroke Hemiplegia Spasticity Rat CAMP CGMP Content In Rats

Objective: By acupuncture at different acupoints on Spastic cerebral ischemic stroke in rat second messenger cAMP, cGMP content of the study reveal acupuncture treatment for the Spastic State of biological mechanisms, provide a theoretical basis for clinical research.Methods: Using modified thread bolt for preparation of MCAO model rats, and after 3 hour of reperfusion the level of nerves'action were measured by Zea Longa 4 branch of criterion. The successful model rats were started treatment after the third day, and continuoued treatment for 14 days, once per day. Using neural physiological H-reflex evaluation model and treatment effect. Using enzyme-linked immunosorbent (Elisa test) method in rats, the content of cGMP cAMP.Results: 1. H wave incubation period, Yang meridians acupuncture group was obviously prolonged than the model group,and was significantly different with the model group, Yin meridians acupuncture group, Yin Yang meridians acupuncture group, Baclofen group, MCPG group(P<0.01,P<0.05). H reflection restore curve display that the highest value of Yang meridians acupuncture group was 1.078±0.1283, and was significantly different with the model group, Yin meridians acupuncture group, Yin Yang meridians acupuncture group, Baclofen group, MCPG group(P<0.01,P<0.05).2. Yang meridians acupuncture group significantly improved stroke hemiplegia spasticity cAMP, rats, the content of cGMP model group, Yin and Yang, the acupuncture group by acupuncture group, groups, MCPG chloride group compared significantly difference (P < 0.01,P < 0.05).Conclusion: 1.H reflex recovery curve showed yang acupuncture can significantly suppress the brain Stroke caused by spinal cord anterior horn motor neuron pool excitability of neurons, muscle tension and reduce hyperactivity stretch reflex(P <0.05), the acupuncture group than that of Yin and Yang by the acupuncture group decreased more significantly (P < 0.05);2. Acupuncture has changed stroke hemiplegia spasticity cAMP, rats, and the content of cGMP by group, Yin Yin acupuncture, Yang group compared by the acupuncture group by group, Yin and Yang remarkable curative effect. 3.Reveal acupuncture on stroke spasticity of the biological mechanisms that acupuncture on stroke spasticity has a protective effect for the clinical treatment of disease provide the theoretical basis of acupuncture.
