Clinical Study On XiaoZhengYin For Primary Dysmenorrhea With Cold-Dampness Stagnation

Objective:To explore the hemorheological character of primary dysmenorrhea with cold-dampness stagnation and analyses XiaoZhengYin's mechanism of action by observing the clinical curative effect of XiaoZheng Yin for primary dysmenorrhea with cold-dampness stagnation.Methord:55 cases of patient with final diagnosis as primary dysmenorrhea with cold-dampness stagnation were been divided randomly into therapy group with 30 cases and control group with 25 groups. The therapy group was treated with XiaoZheng Yin and control group with Sanjiezhentong Capsule. To observe the hemorheological character of primary dysmenorrhea with cold-dampness stagnation and compare the presenting symptom improvements of these two groups after one course of treatment as 3 menstrual cycles.Results:Primary dysmenorrhea with cold-dampness stagnation patient's hemorheological index (shear rate, plasma viscosity and hematocrit) are significant worse than normal women (P<0.05, all), which hint there blood is more sticking and thick, with low function of flowability. For dysmenorrhea therapeutic effect, we got 13 well-healed cases,10 excellent cases,5 effective cases and 2 invalid cases in therapy group, and 3 well-healed cases,8 excellent cases,10 effective cases and 4 invalid cases in control group. For the other presenting symptoms, we got 6 well-healed cases,19 excellent cases,3 effective cases and 2 invalid cases in therapy group, and 2 well-healed cases,5 excellent cases,15 effective cases and 3 invalid cases in control group. All these above datas indicate that the therapeutic effects for dysmenorrhea and the other presenting symptoms of therapy group are significant better than control group (P<0.05, respectively); Both the therapy group and the control group can decrease the integrations of dysmenorrhea and the other presenting symptoms(P<0.05),and the therapeutic effects of the therapy group are better than control group (P<0.05, respectively). The treatment effect of therapy group has no relationship with age(P>0.05) but relating to the course of disease and pathogenetic condition(P<0.05, respectively).Conclusions:Patients with cold-dampness stagnation primary dysmenorrhea have increased blood viscosity and disturbed microcirculation. XiaoZheng Yin can improve the presenting symptoms of these kind of patients significantly. The treatment effect of XiaoZheng Yin has no relationship with patients age but concerned to the course of dise ase and pathogenetic condition.
