Chinese Medicine And Warm Acupuncture Treatment Of Kidney Yang Deficiency Of Anovulatory Infertility Research Progress

Objective:Comparison of this study was to analyze Traditional Chinese medicine+warm acupuncture,Chinese medicine+CC type two programs on the treatment of ovulatory disorder infertility deficiency clinical effects,including the pregnancy rate, ovulation rate, clinical symptoms,BBT normalization rate, OHSS occurred rate of pregnancy after threatened abortion rate, the paper reveals Chinese medicine+warm acupuncture ovulation disorder infertility unique for the kidney yang ovulation disorder infertility treatment provided clinical evidence and new ideas.Method:All records are from Wuhan City Chinese Medicine Hospital in January 2008-January 2010 gynecology clinics.According to medical inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,102 patients were collected to observe the patients,using clinical observations, randomized-controlled method, were divided into treatment group, 52 cases (Chinese medicine+warm acupuncture) and the control group of 50 patients (Chinese medicine and CC) were observed after treatment of basal body temperature (BBT),follicular monitoring changes and compare the ultimate efficacy of two treatment programs and clinical symptoms improve the situation, these data were analyzed retrospectively.Result:(1) The pregnancy rate after treatment groups,treatment group 71.2%,control group,68% and by comparison no significant difference between (P>0.05);(2)treated chelating groups, treatment group chelating rate 85.3%,control group, chelating rate of 83.3% and by comparison no significant difference (P>0.05); treatment group, the average chelating cycle 3.43±1.25,the control group, the average chelating cycle 3.15±1.43 Ge and by comparison No statistically significant difference (P>0.05);(3) the clinical efficacy in the treatment group, the total efficiency of 88.46%,the control group, the total efficiency of 84%. The no significant difference (P>0.05);(4)to improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine, Chinese medicine symptoms of points the two groups were significantly decreased, there was a significant difference (P<0.05),after treatment in patients with traditional Chinese medicine,symptom score compared the two groups were significantly different (P<0.05),the overall efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms of an efficient,two groups achieved 100%, no statistical difference (P>0.05);(5) BBT normalization rate, treatment group was 86.47%,the control group was 86.42%.The comparison was no significant difference (P>0.05); (6) treatment of pregnancy, the incidence of threatened abortion groups, treatment group was 2.70%,the control group was 17.65%. There was a more significant difference (P<0.05);(7) observed in this clinical study medication during the two sets of mild ovarian hyper stimulation syndrome incidence,treatment group was 7.69%,the control group was 24%. After a more significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:With Traditional Chinese medicine+warm acupuncture, Chinese medicine and CC groups in the treatment of Kidney Yang Deficiency of Anovulatory Infertility in the pregnancy, promote emission rate and clinical efficacy of the total effective rate, BBT normalization rate of clinical efficacy of the comprehensive no significant difference,but the warm Acupuncture Therapy Kidney Tiaochong any role, be able to better improve the clinical symptoms of patients with traditional Chinese medicine; and the role of endometrial moxibustion health, so that the rate of threatened abortion, OHSS incidence rate lower than that of Chinese medicine and CC group. In order to further ovulation disorder infertility treatment provides a good foundation is a worthy of further study and promotion of integrated treatment.
