Objective: This experiment mainly studies the infertility patients with renal yang deficiency ovulation disorder, compares the clinical efficacy of warm acupuncture combined with CC treatment compared with CC treatment alone, and finally analyzes the pregnancy rate, ovulation rate,TCM symptom curative effect, and comprehensive efficacy changes,so as to explore whether the efficacy of warm acupuncture combined with CC is better than conventional Western medicine treatment alone,so as to provide clinical basis for ovulation disorder infertility. Methods: All cases were from the Acupuncture and Moxibustion Department Clinic and Reproductive Fertility Center patients of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2022 to February 2023,and according to the inclusion exclusion criteria formulated by the corresponding associations,64 patients were successfully included as observation cases, and 32 cases were divided into treatment group and control group by random envelope,9 cases were shed during treatment,27 cases were left in the treatment group(warm acupuncture + CC),28 cases were in the control group(simple CC oral),and follicle size and follicle size before and after treatment were observed in the two groups. The change of ovulation rate was retrospectively analyzed for the comprehensive clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results:(1)The average age, mean course of disease, mean P and AMH before treatment(P>0.05)were compared between the two groups, and the two groups were comparable.(2)Compared with the maximum follicle before and after treatment, the diameter of the two groups increased by P<0.05)compared with that before treatment, but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(3)The comparison of the scores of medical symptoms in the two groups was significantly reduced by the before-after comparison and between the groups(P<0.05).(4)There was no difference in pregnancy rate between the two groups after treatment, and there was no significant difference between 22.22% in the treatment group and 14.29% in the control group(P>0.05);(5)After treatment, there was no significant statistical difference between the pregnancy rate of 22.22% in the treatment group and the pregnancy rate of 14.29% in the control group(P>0.05);(6)After treatment, there were no significant statistical differences in mean stimulation cycle, ovulation cycle and biphasic BBT between the two groups(P>0.05)(7)After treatment,75.76% of the treatment group had no significant difference in stimulation rate compared with 68.63% in the control group(P>0.05);(8)After treatment,73.74% of the BBT repetition rate in the treatment group was not statistically significant compared with 71.57% in the control group(P>0.05);(9)The fully efficacy distribution of the two groups was contrasted and the difference between the groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 81.84% higher than that of the control group(50%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: There was no significant difference in the clinical comprehensive efficacy of the two groups, such as maximum follicular diameter change, pregnancy rate, stimulation rate, and BBT recurrent rate, and according to the data comparison, the clinical syndrome score of traditional Chinese medicine showed that the treatment group had better efficacy and significantly improved the clinical comprehensive efficacy, which was statistically significant. It can provide a clinical basis for the use of warm acupuncture in the treatment of infertility in the clinic, and is a comprehensive treatment method worthy of research and promotion.
