The Synthetic Composite Craft Of Pomegranate Fruit And Anti-tumor Active Component's Separation From The Peel Of Xinjiang Pomegranate

Objectives:①To decide the synthetic composite craft of fresh pomegranate fruit.②To build up the quality standard of the every extracts.③To separate and confirm the effective portion and components of anti-tumor of Pomegranate.Methods:①According to the mono factor design and orthogonal design, we used the extraction rate of pomegranate seeds oil as index to select the extracting program of the Xin jiang pomegranate seeds oil. According to the mono factor design and orthogonal design, we used the amounts of polyphenols as index to select the extracting program of the Xin jiang pomegranate seeds polyphenol.②Then the quality standard of the pomegranate fruit extracts was built up after the methodology test.③The polarity portions of pomegranate were separated by the system-solvent methods and the effective portion was founded.The silica gel column chromatogram, TLC, ODS column chromatogram demi-preparation HPLC were used as separating method to study the effective components of anti-tumor from the peel of pomegranate.Results:①The synthetic composite craft of pomegranate fruit was as following:First, the extracting polyphenols of pomegranate peel was that they were extracted by 60%ethanol for 0.5hour at room temperature with the ratio of material to solvent as 1:24, Then the fluid was condensed to dry extracts. Second, extracting of pomegranate seeds oil was that they were extracted by the supersonic wave with power 225W for 50min at 50℃with the ratio of material to solvent as 1:16. Then the fluid was condensed. In the end, the better extraction of total polyphenols from pomegranate seeds was that they were extracted by 60% ethanol for 1.0 hour at 80℃the ratio of material to solvent as 1:12. Then the fluid was condensed to dry extracts.②To build up the quality standard about pomegranate seed oil, the polyphenols of pomegranate peel and pomegranate seed.③The n-butanol portion which was confirmed as effective portion. At the same time eight compound were separated and five compound were identified on the base of spectroscopic methods and physical chemical characters.Five compounds were reported in pomegranate plant for the first time.Conclusions:①To raise availability of pomegranate fruit and multiple use of resources by study on the synthetic composite craft of pomegranate fruit.②The quality standard of the effective portion can control the quality validly. But the content rang should be confirmed after many tests of a lot of batchs.③The study on the effective portion and components of anti-tumor of pomegranate peel lay on the foundation for the study on product program and the qulity control.
