Discussion On The Integrity As The Action Law Of Economy

With the rapid transformation of the economy and society in contemporary China, the progressive development of the socialist market economy calls for integrity. Engels has discussed that the essence of integrity is economic law firstly and then it is performed as ethical nature. This article attempts to consider it from the perspective of the transitional socialist market economy reality, and reveal that integrity is not only a basic moral standard, but also an important action law of economy by deeply explaining its economic attribute and the relationship between benefit and integrity. Secondly, it's the key to turn around the serious situation of integrity crisis in the marketization process in China and the historical objective requirement to establish a mature market economy, push forward the scientific development of'People-oriented', promote social harmony and build well-off society in an all-around way that we should build the integrity system which is adapt to the healthy development of the Chinese characteristic socialist market economy and pefect the construction of relevant systems. Finally, it's the premised task to promote the construction of integrity system in China that we should define the market enterprise accord with the basic situation of the primary stage of socialism. The market enterprise in modern market economy should become a honest'economic man', and it is'rational man'in essence which can achieve unification of economic rationality and moral rationality in the market economy game. Finally, it can achieve Win-Win of economic benefits and social benefits and promote the socialist market economy work accord with the action law of economy. Thus,as the lubricant of development of modern society and economic, integrity can significantly reduce transaction costs; as a variable factor, integrity can bring economic benefits directly or indirectly. Integrity has an important role and significance to improve socialist market economic system, promote healthy development of the national economy and enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise, and then achieve Win-Win of economic benefits and social benefits so as to benefits the sound and fast development of the transitional national economy.
