Self-concept is the self-perception of the attitude,emotion and knowledge,it contains ability outward appearance and soeial reception,in a short worts, individual treat self as generic objective things,and make perception and assessment. The normal development of children's self-concept is a standard to assess individual's mental health.The self-conception of Junior school students is in a soar progress,and is influenced by many aspects,the parenting of family factors is a most important one. In previous study we had demonstrated that father's influence of self-concept was as important as mother's.Chldren temperament's differences also have influences of the self-concept's development.The purpose of this research is to investigate the relations between self-concept and temperament,parenting style,and compare the children of the migrant workers with general students.This research use the questionnaire survey,438 junior school students were administrated Self-Concept Questionnaire Parenting Style Questionnaire and Temperament Questionaire.Use variance analysis correlation analysis and regresion analysis to investigate the characteristic of the migrant workers and general students,and to discusion the relations among self-concept parenting style and temperament.We arrive at the following reviews:1 There is no significant difference in the self-concept of junior school students,the general students in school of migrant children's development level of social self-concept global self-concept and self-worth is significant hign of children of mirent workers and general students.Compared he general students in school of migrant children and general students to Junior school students of the migrant workers,the former's level of development of academic self-concept and self competent is higher. 2 In the temperament characteristics of high intensity pleasure, general student's scores are high of chilren of the migrent workers and general students in the school of migrant children.In the Affilition volitional control sensibility and negative emotion,the girls'score are better than boys'.In the high intensity plesure,the boys'score are better than girls'.3 Be compared with the junior school students of the migrant workers,the fathers of students of general junior hign schools will give more warmth support conduct and democracy. Be compared with girls,father will give more body compel verbal hostility and arbitrary punishment than boys.4 Fathe's warmth support conduct and democracy will produce positive influences to children's development of self-concept,while father's body compel verbal hostility and arbitrary punishment will produce negative influences to children's development of self-concept.5 The high scores in affilition volitional control sensibility and high intensive pleasure will produce positive influence to children's development of self-concept, while the high scores in agressivity negative emotion shyness and frustration will produe negative influence.6 To the students who have high scores in the temperament characteristics of affilition volitional control sensibility and high intensive pleasure,father will give more positive parenting styles such as warmth and support,while to the students who have high scores in the agressivity negative emotion shyness and frustration,father will give more negative parenting styles such as arbitrary punishment.7 The temperament characteristics of frustration will have modulatory functionary between father's wermth and global self-concept, at the same time, frustration will have modulatory functionary between father'swarmth indulge and acdamic self-concept.
