Philosophical Deliberation On The Improvment Of Chinese Cultural Soft Power

After the end of the cold war, with the development of the world multi-polarization and economic globalization, the developed country economy has been improved, and the international competition has been strengthened. But as a developing country, China which is developing steadily in this moment must raise the national comprehensive strength in order to achieve the greater achivement. It is going without saying that the national cultural soft power is an important part of national comprehensive strength and has become one of the important measures to prove the overall national strength. Hence all china made the policy with cultural soft power in the national development strategy.The title of this article is philosophical deliberation on the improvment of Chinese cultural soft power. All the passage contains four parts. In the first part it is discussed from social historical conditions of China presented the soft cultural power that Chinese rapid developing economy has provided the material foundation for cultural development and China has profound cultural heritage but Chinese main culture is influenced by foreign culture; The second part of the culture of the soft power of the connotation, features and function system comb; In the third part I discusse on problems and causes that China faces when it increases cultural soft power. The impvovement on cultural soft strength is analyzed and summarized from national economic basis and the national comprehensive qualities. It is probed the problems and the reasons that Chinese cultural soft power has faced to improve theory basis and countermeasure of the development of cultural soft power;The passage gives the analysis on the countermeasure of development of Chinese cultural soft power in the fourth part through the above three parts. The national cultural soft power will be improved through using cultural resources correctly, consolidating the cultural development foundation, expanding the international influence and promoting Chinese cultural innovation.
