On the basis of plentiful information that comes from the author's practical fieldwork, by the static descriptive and the comparative methods this thesis describes in detail the grammar of word class of the early Three Gorges immigrants dialect in Dajing Town, Miluo County, Hunan Province, and provides the original feature for the further investigation and the profound study.The thesis includes the following 14 parts:Part 1 is the preface, which briefly instructs the background, the main purpose of this paper, the present studies of the immigrant dialect, the methods of the research, the information of the co-operators, and the phonetic system of the immigrant dialect.Part 2 mainly discusses the reduplication, the er-sufExation, the affix, the location, and the plurality of the noun in the immigrant dialect.Part 3 mainly describes the progressive aspect, the continuous aspect, the perfective aspect, the repeated aspect, the transient aspect and the tentative aspect of the verb in the immigrant dialect.Part 4 mainly describes the dramatic form "ABB, BA, AXYZ, ABAC, er A er A, AB ba A, dao A bu A/B "of the adjective having the obvious dialect feature in the immigrant dialect.Part 5 mainly describes the inherent classification and the grammatical feature of the numeral in the immigrant dialectPart 6 mainly describes the obvious dialect characteristic and the grammatical feature of the quantifier in the immigrant dialect.Part 7 describes in detail the personal pronoun, the indicative pronoun and the interrogative pronoun in the immigrant dialect.Part 8 describes respectively the adverb expressing the degree, the range, the time, the frequency, the mood, the modality, the manner and the negation in the immigrant dialect.Part 9 describes respectively the preposition eliciting the subject, the object, the location, the time, the tool, the motive and the cause in the immigrant dialect.Part 10 describes respectively the conjunction expressing the coordinate relation, the selective relation, the conditional relation, the turning relation, the hypothetical relation, the intentional relation, the upgrading relation.Part 11 mainly describes the structure particle and the aspect particle in the immigrantdialect.Part 12 and Part 13 describes respectively the words of mood and the interjection having the dialect characteristic in the immigrant dialect.Part 14 concludes the immigrant dialect both has some characteristics of Southwestern Mandarin and possesses its own characteristics from the lexicogrammatic angle.
