A Study On Fujian's Primary And Middle Schools Promoted By Overseas Chinese In Minguo Period

Schools promoted by Overseas Chinese had played a very important role in the edbiz in Minguo Period, especially in Fujina and Guangdong Province.Scholars at home and abroad have been concentrating on the contribution of Overseas, but most of them pay attention to the investments and denotions in education,the development of the schools,the governmet's policies,and they hardly do deep research on the schools themselves.The primary and middle schools have taken on good quality in Fujian, and they used to be a very important fact of Fujian educational undertaking.This is the result of the promotion of the Overseas Fujian, the reasonable organization, the scientific managment of the schools,and the interrelationship between schools and the environment around ,etc.In this paper,the author regards the schools as one kind of organizations in the society,and does a research on the economic status and caste of Overseas Fujian, confirms the role of the schools in the history of Fujian's education, anatomies the modern facts of the schools's organization and the management , researches into the way how the schools conquered the difficults ,how they made use of the advantages and finally got a good effect。...
