Wu Tinghan was a representative figure in ancient Chinese Qi's theory and an imperative thinker of the Ming Dynasty. But this philosopher's view had not been known by others for a long time. Seen from the standpoint of Qi's, the paper mainly includes three parts. Firstly, Qi's theory: discussing the relation between Li and Qi, the relation between Dao and Qi, the relation between YinYang and Qi and etc.; Secondly, the theory of the generation of the universe: discussing the relation between heaven, human being and all the things; Thirdly, XinXing theory: discussing the relation between Xin and Xing; sharp criticism of Buddhist and Xin theory. In the paper, I make every effort to make certain the thread of Wu's thoughts, on the basis of revealing the same thoughts of Wu's and his forefathers, I try my best to probe his creative particular thoughts to revealing his historical development of Neo—Confucianism and Qi's theory, sharp criticism and correction of Xin theory in a unique interpretation, In the end, evaluating his philosophy ideas' science value.
