A Study On The Relevant Technology Of The Construction Of Mongolian Language Resource Bases

The language resources include the language data,the language knowledge and the language technique, so the construction of the language resources includes the construction of the data resources, the development of the language knowledge resources and the language technique resources. The construction of the language data resources mainly is to build up various corpuses. The development of the language knowledge resources is the establishment of the language knowledge base. The language knowledge base is the formalized rule of "knowledge" that described in traditional Language research. The focus center of developing language technique resources is the software development in the word processing system (such as electronic publication system, office automation system, on-line dictionary, and the web page editor etc) and development of the natural language processing expert system(such as the corpus processing system, the language knowledge learning system and the machine translation system).The purpose of this present thesis is by making analysis on the current problem from the construction of the Mongolian language resources to solve those bottle-neck problem and implement some technology such as the Mongolian code conversion,the Mongolian morphological analysis, POS tagging.The innovations of this thesis are rule based Mongolia code conversion, stem based Mongolian word search, the meliorative arithmetic of the Mongolian morphological analysis.Finally the thesis integrate the Mongolian code conversion,the Mongolia morphological analysis and POS tagging into a management system.
