The Research On Graphic Expression And Meaning Of Poster

Xi'an as one of four famous ancient capitals,has more than 3100years history with prosperity human civilization and cultural achievement. This charm attracts the tourists all over the world,which promotes the local economic development greatly. In the global nowdays,xi'an should show superiority completely of being a great tourism city and spreads its influence widely. City image poster is a publicity media,which not only be used as a tourism advertisement,but can also raise people's awareness of heritage protection. In the competitive information age,city image poster is to be one of the most intuitive means.This study is consist of five chapters,and point on the graphics,explain some problems about xi'an image poster. The first chapter introduces the research background. The second chapter describes xi'an 's historical status,the importance of tourism in the local economic,and the difference between image poster and tourism poster.The third chapter elaborates how to unify the expression and the meaning of the image poster.The forth chapter analyze the symbols of xi'an image poster,which can reveal the city connotation.
