Randomly adopted 613 students from 2 country junior middle school and get 535 available subjects. Results are as follows:1. The percentage of Left-behind junior middle school students is the largest in the whole students, that is 59.1â„….The situations of Left-behind junior middle school students'mental health are poorer than those who are not. There are significant differences mentally healthy in sex and years parents being out among them2. There are significant differences in Left-behind junior middle school students'life events in years parents being out, but not in sex.3. The Left-behind junior middle school students mainly coped with the life events actively. But they prefer to use"vent"and"fantasy"than those who are not left-behind. There are not significant differences in their copping style in sex. But the female Left-behind junior middle school students prefer to use"vent"than the male.4. There are significant correlations between mental health and life events, copping style among the Left-behind junior middle school students.5. Life events and copping style could be used to predict the Left-behind junior middle school students'mental health effectively. Of these,"interpersonal relationship"has the most predictive power.
