Higher Vocational Education has become a fresh troop of China's higher educational popularization. And College English education for training the quality of talents is particularly prominent and important. Nowadays, the Class-Selection System will prominently show the characteristic of higher vocational education. It will reflect students' subjectivity, and it is able to adapt the needs of current educational development. However, there are some problems about students' management, learning effects evaluation and psychological changes of teachers and students in the implementation process. After research and analysis the root of troubles, we find that traditional teaching management and examination evaluation system can not adapt to the Class-Selection System of stratified teaching method. In addition, due to the long-time influence of inherent ideas and conservative thought in society, family and even colleges, teachers and students have different psychological changes in the treatment of the Class-Selection System of stratified teaching method. For these issues above, this article will put forward solutions and recommendations in order to improve the Class-Selection System, to change the traditional hierarchical teaching concepts, to make the Class-Selection System develop and adapt to the teaching reform in other subjects so that it can be expected to sustainable development.In this paper, the problems in the process of carrying out the Class-Selection System in higher vocational colleges have been taken as a starting point. It will use the different angles from teaching organization and management, the features of higher vocational college students, and the psychological state of teachers and students, etc. to analyze and research the causes of these problems. Then it will make proposals, such as strengthening the teaching management, using "re-selection" mechanism, combination of the formative assessment and summative evaluation, to solve these problems. In the last, it will make a number of proposals and solutions in the problem of psychological factors. This paper will be expected to use as a source of reference for Chinese vocational college curriculum reform and promote the improvement of college English teaching quality in Chinese higher vocational education.
