Objective: (1) To study the overt aggression and relational aggression of college students. (2) To find out the relation between overt aggression and explicit self-esteem ,implicit self-esteem ,personality. (3) To find out the relation between relational aggression and explicit self-esteem ,implicit self-esteem ,personality. (4) To find out the prediction function of the explicit and implicit self-esteem and personality to the overt aggression and relational aggression.Methods: To collect the sample data in the help of questionnaire-investigation, and adopt the SPSS13.0 for the T-test, ANOVA, the correlation analysis and regression on the base of sample data.Results:(1)There is a difference in the overt aggression level between the college students from town and from rural. There is a difference in the relational aggression level between the different gender, different grade and different home address. (2)There is no difference in the implicit self-esteem between different aggressive group as well as in the explicit self-esteem. There is a significant difference in the psychoticism between different aggressive group as well as in the neuroticism. (3)There is a significant negative correlation between the explicit self-esteem and overt aggression .There is a positive correlation between the overt aggression and psychoticism as well as the neuroticism. (4)There is a significant positive correlation between the relational aggression and psychoticism as well as the neuroticism.(5)The neuroticism and psychoticism have prediction function to overt aggression, the neuroticism and psychoticism have prediction function to relational aggression.
