Children's books illustrations have the characteristics of art and functions and they are playing an important role in the fields of art aesthetic,emotion education and reading assistance.They has prefunded influence and the close relationship between child's development and growth.Through analysis of department of Children's illustrations in China and foreign countries,and the guides of child psychology,Children's Painting Psychology and aesthetic education,this article did comprehensive research in Children's illustration art,thoroughly analyzed the relationship among Children's art,Modern Art in the west and Children's illustration art,to discuss how to create a children's picture story book,make illustrators master the creative element of children's illustrations, thus enrich techniques and connotations of children's picture story books.Finally,create a children's picture book suitable for children's reading and aesthetic.
