Regarding to the Ci poems on objects study, scholars have seldom paid attention and concentration beside the Ci poems themselves and their authors. Although some achievements with titles on Ci poems on objects history come to publish recently, there has been few piece of scholarship gives definition or makes domain of "Ci Poems on Objects" universally acceptable. And the academic value of the characteristics of Ci poems on objects and its history has not been explored in word and deed. As a result, in the academia, series of questions and issues upon the critical points above still have been waiting for intensive study and discussions. Take the interpretation of the leitmotiv of "Yufu-Buti"/"Writings Supplementary to Folk Songs and Ballads" and some other Ci poems on objects for example, scholars hold different ideas on their own. Hence, regarding to the Ci poems on objects as the object of study, the initiative question, how to distinguish the Ci poems on objects from others, stands in the first place. And the research could be fully explored and developed only when a well-defined identification of Ci poems is given. This thesis tries to indentify the boundaries of Ci poems on objects in Sung Dynasties, set standards. It would pave way for a profounder study based upon a more clear and concentrative objective focus. This thesis sets about with typical works determined as Ci poems on objects and clarifies its boundaries and criterion of distinguishing, then establishes a practical processes of identification , on a further study and analysis of the composition and characteristics of Ci poems on objects. It builds three modes for the Ci poems on objects classification and master the interpretation method with the understanding of the composition characteristics of Ci poems on objects. Taking JIANG Kui's "Shu-Ying" for example, comparing with the patterned works by ZHANG Yan, the thesis shares a new interpretation of "Shu-Ying" and points out the reasons and insufficiency of the ideas and understandings contemporary existing. And it indicates clearly the significance and value of Ci poems on objects study after a series of ontological research of them.The thesis is divided into four parts. The "Introduction" reviews the profile of Ci poems on objects study, and lists some problems existed. "Chapter I" sets up the curriculum and the discriminations of Ci poems on objects, by analyzing the relations between the work and objects, their role, functions, and how they construct in work. "Chapter II" interprets "Shu-Ying" with renewed three classifications of Ci poems on objects. "Conclusion" addresses itself to the significance and value of the study on Ci poems on objects.
