The Research Of Management Model's Improvement For Shenzhen Park Administration Center

As awarded the honor of'Nationally Designated Garden City', Shenzhen city's ecological development and the coverage rate of parkland are always identified as the city's important economic target system, to be taken into account by Shenzhen's government, to develop a cyclic economy for this city.The increasing of parkland brings forward a higher requirement for park administration, in particular the overall changes of government's institution for Shenzhen city since the new century, the ways to take a better management model to efficiently exert park ecosystem function, economic function and social function, are very important researches for both theory value and Realistic Significance.This article analyzes the current situation of management model, including Organization system, management model's operation and performance appraisal system, and it's found that there was an extreme trend when Government chooses the management model and builds up the performance appraisal system, that's pay much more attention on the factors to influence efficiency and performance, but overlook the research of fundamental of management model, performance appraisal system.Therefore, with the combination of the future development goal of park administration and the experience of performance administration taken by developed centuries for park administration, this article outlines the performance appraisal system according to Park Administration Center's mission and objective, and attempts to introduce the performance appraisal tool and use the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) to Shenzhen Park Administration Center.
