With the exceptions of research on test Anxiety, Academic emotions has not been explored and studied. Since the conception of academic emotions raised firstly by Pekrun et al in 2002, there has been a notable increase in interest in educational research on emotions, and is a growing number of studies of emotions in educational contexts can be seen. The article explored the academic words and the priming effect of academic emotions, discussed the internal mechanism of academic emotions, with the use of the affective priming procedure in all experiences.In the study, two hundred and eighty-eight students were recruited from the middle school in shanghai, and their academic emotions words and academic emotions priming effects were explored with the classic affective priming paradigm, comparing with general emotions. The results of the research showed that:1. Academic emotion words exist in students, and there were no differences of the reaction time in the positive, neutral and negative words between the academic emotions and emotions words;2. Significant differences of the RT were found between the students with learning disabilities and high-achiever in affective words categorizing task;3. Significant differences of the RT were found between the academic emotions words and emotions words in recognizing but not in preference test;4. The affective priming effect were found in both academic emotions and emotions, in spite of SOA and prime-target pair;5. The affective priming effect were found in both the students with learning disabilities and high-achiever group, there were significant differences at the long SOA and incongruence prime-target pair, but not at the short SOA and congruence prime-target pair.
