The Development Of Healthy Personality Adjective Rating Scale

Objectives:Healthy personality has interal connection with mentality health,marriage and career success In this paper, standardized and localized evaluation tool of the personality is constructed for the investigation of the personality structure. Analysing vocabulary of the mental disease, demoralization and criminal, healty personality structure is explored and quantization chart of healty personality evalutation is formed and reliability and validity and norm is set up.Methods:Research is connected by three steps:the first step-Using the method of evaluation of targets present to collect the adjectives that related to healthy personality, then using stepwise screening and condensing method, extract vocabularies that descript mental health and mental unhealth personality. The second step-based on obtained "Vocabulary of Healty personality ", study established the preliminary self-rating scale of healthy character adjectives. For data collection researcher investigated a large sample, then analysed the data to extract structure of healthy personality.The third step-healthy personality's characteristic with differrent larithmics and sociology is analysed and compared by T-text, variance analysis, ANOVA test.Results:one is consisting of 109 words-"Vocabulary of Healty personality; the other is composed of 39-words-" Healthy personality vocabulary rating scale."It is concluded that the accordance coefficient from quantization chart is between 0.70 and 0.87. Split half reliability is between 0.52 and 0.91. Retest reliability is 0.73 and 0.88. It is resulted that the related efficient between all factors is in (0.29-0.47) and the related coefficient is in (0.65-0.73) between all factors and the total value of quantization chart by relation analysis. The relevance is significant(p<0.001). There is no relevance between the factor one, two and five and quantization chart score of the SCL-90. The relevance coefficient reachs significance level between other dimention of the personality evalutation quantization chart score and SCL-90. The relevance is significant(p<0.01). The result is that there is negative relevance between score and dimentions score of the personality evalutation quantization chart and the sentiment index, life satisfaction and sense of happiness. The relevance is significant(p<0.01).Conclusions:It is noted that there is significance difference in the every quantization chart factor and quantization chart total score among common people,criminal and mental desease. There is unsignificance in factor one between man and woman, and other factor is significance.Conclusions:In conclusion, There are the following three conclusions:Firstly, one is consisting of 109 words-"Vocabulary of Healty personality". Secondly healthy personality evalutation includes the following 6 dimention:guile, intemperance,selfishness,emotionality and jealous. Thirdly, questionnaire survey of the personality Abberation Vocabulary evalution consist in 39 research. It is more reliabilitye and validity. It is so simple,little question and easy to operaton that it is taken as the tool of the personality evaluation.
