This is a multi-course unstructured case which describes various management situation of the Guangzhou Caiyun Airport Relocation Project and probes (explores) the efficient management Strategies which adapts to modern large scale construction. This paper consists of "the Case" and "the Case Analysis".Given the protagonist's work experience as a clue, the case depicts the management present situation and the defects in the present system of management.In case analysis, focusing an attention on enhancing the quality of managers, optimizing the organizational structure and implementing employees motivation strategy and aiming at solving the problem of low efficiency and lack of enthusiasm of the employees, it was put forward that management science, information plane, matrix structure trending and prompting participative management would be helpful to a high-quality, high-standard and high-efficiency management.
