Conbo International Group CO.,Ltd. was founded shortly after Guangzhou Free Trade Zone (FTZ) was established. As single land developer of the transferred land in FTZ ,Conbo also walked up the diversificational road with FTZ's construction and development .But since 1996, the production and management of Conbo relapsed into plight because of influence of both inside and outside factors.To pull through and brace up again, Conbo restructered the developmental strategy .Real estate,asset management and logistics have become three main operations of the group.Now the restructuring has made preliminary efforts. According to the diversificational restructuring theory, this case analyses the diversificational restructuring project of Conbo ,then discusses its core compentence .
