This Thesis utilizes the Performance Evaluation System in Company A as the research objective and consists of two parts:Part 1: Case DescriptionGiving specific introduction of Company A's Performance Evaluation System including policy background, implementation history and related effects, pointing out its' issues and challenges.Part 2: Case StudyWith the basis of case description, this part is under the guidance of contemporary performance management theory. Firstly, it makes collective appraisal on Company A's Performance Evaluation System. Then, it makes analysis on reasons for issues found in this Performance Evaluation System and tries to pursuer root reasons. Finally, it proposes a solution and upgrading guidance for Company A on its Performance Evaluation System.
