To see the major theory method and practice about strategic performance management all over the word, Performance management has become the strategic action for corporate to train the competitive advantage and to gain the central competitive power .But there are many questions in corporation .especially in state-corporation while they put the performance management in action. These questions seriously limit the promotion of the corporate manage level and weaken the executive competence of the corporate strategy. This writing take DHI as the research object and especially research the group of section managers. It deeply analyze the question about the performance management system of the state-corporations. The writing think, in order to gain the good effect of performance management and to gain the double effect in both improve the corporate manage level and benefit to the section manager's career development, the performance management should begin from the strategic object analysis , device the performance appraisal standard ,pay attention to the communication process, take use of the performance appraisal result .device the career planning and development and training plan. This research will be helpful to promote the performance management level of state-corporation, make shapeless assets of corporation such as the knowledge , the technology and the human play more effort, bring the result to promote the executive competence of the corporate strategy.
