The marketing innovation is very needed for rapid transition of market. The thought of the thesis is innovation of market and the clue of the thesis is the theory and practice which combined closely.At the same time, I also try to show complete process of the enterprise tactic transition decision with executive process. The show must be a logical precise course.The thesis comes to the conclusion that innovation and matching is inevitable rule and tend which is through historical diagnosis analysis and developmental process research. Then It also arrives at the judgment that QD company must makes tactic transition (marketing innovation). According to the basic theories of marketing innovation, the thesis also shows the basic model of tactic innovation and adaptable support marketing strategy, which is also the clue of thesis. I hope the thesis can provide some referenced value for small business enterprise.
