In the development of economy and competition of enterprises, the human resource has become a critical component of an enterprise's stratagemical competitive resource. Human resource management is becoming more and more crucial. Job Analysis, the basis of human resource management, which is the gist of recruitment and choice, training and development, performance appraisal and salary design, provides firm guarantee for an enterprise to have effective employment. And that is also true with insurance corporations.The writer, as the main member of the Job Analysis Group of Chengdu Branch of TP Life Insurance Co. Ltd., is in charge of the organization of job analysis, design of analysis flow, design of questionnaires and forms, training of involved employees, and the compilation of job instructions. A more important contribution of the writer is the introduction of 360-degree Job Analysis Method and the application of this method in the Job Analysis to perfect the original job instructions. The researching results of the writer's Job Analysis have been applied into practical use as formal files in the management branch corporation.There are also some problems left in the research: the scope of correction in Job Analysis results is not large enough; and the application of Job Analysis results is not exhaustive either.The structure of this paper is as follows: Section 1 introduces some basic theory of Job Analysis; Section 2 is the Job Analysis for the corporation; Section 3 analyzes the reasons for the occurrences of "Job Responsibility Confliction" with role group theory, and further puts 360-degree Job Analysis Method and analyzes the original Job Analysis again; Section 4 evaluates the Job Analysis and secondary analysis, points out the contributions and shortcoming of this research work.
