The paper adopts the SWOT method to analyze the existing opportunities ,threats, advantages and disadvantages in the development of Coking Co., Ltd of WISCO, establish the overall guiding ideology of managing strategy of Coking Co.,Ltd. ,which is to meet the need of development of WISCO production,take the market as guide to extend the market occupancy ,take the capital management as center to implement the capital increment, take the advance in the science and technology as fulcrum to improve the enterprise's strength ,take the lasting competition advantage of the enterprise as goal to create its kernel competition strength. And the same time ,by means of analyzing the state of the Coking , the paper also put forward its basic managing strategies .They are to pay attention to developing the existing products and service (that is to say ,centralizing the major of resource in Coking Co.,Ltd. to improve the quality and quantity of coking products and the present and main chemical products ),put the resource in order (that is to say processing the coal tar further and developing the more refined chemical products), diversify the products (that is to say ,except the coking and coal products, struggling to exploit the other products and business in order to gain the new economic development).Based on optimization and choice to the managing strategies above, the paper points out clearly that strategy of implementing the kernel competition strength is the necessary choice of Coking Co.,Ltd's realizing its fast development.The paper illustrates the strategy of Coking Co.,Ltd.'s kernel competition strength in detail from the market managing strategy ,quality managing strategy ,information strategy, innovation strategy and culture strategy.By means of studying the market managing strategy ,the market goals of Coking Co.,Ltd.. are established .And the relationship between the "market guiding strategy" and "customer guiding strategy" of Coking Co.,Ltd.. and the transition mechanism are understood dialectically by connecting the products' character of Coking Co.,Ltd.
