Research On The Issue Of Endowment Insurance Fund's Operation

To establish and perfect an endowment insurance system, which is up to the real situation of one country is one of the key issues most countries focus on. Our endowment issuance system has taken shape after a couple of main changes. Compared with foreign development situation of endowment insurance fund, domestic depreciation-proof and value added channel of endowment insurance fund is relatively single, and the situation of fund operation is also very severe. Many scholars have proposed to imitate the foreign experience in fund management and advocated the multi- investment of endowment insurance fund in China. But the things are whether the development status quo in domestic capital market can meet the basic condition of endowment insurance fund's operation and investment (we must emphasize the security, liquidity and profitability as well). And that is a problem, which deserves our deep discussion.Starting with the mutual relationship between endowment insurance fund and capital market, this article discusses the workability and necessity of marketed operation. It takes "agency by agreement" theory as the basic foundation to design a feasible restraint-encouragement mechanism so as to adjust the mutual relationship between different functional departments of planned fund management and clarify different fund management sectors' duty in detail. According to the request of security, liquidity and profitability, it designs reasonable fund operation style, picks up workable investment instrument, and arranges suitable investment structure.Considering that the risk prediction system in endowment insurance fund's operation and management is not perfectly established, which is a distinguished issue, mis article will take it as an innovation point and cut- in point. Based on deep investigation and analysis, utilizing modern financing theory, and according to the theory of prediction, it designs prediction indicator, and conducts early warning supervision on the risk in fund operation so as to assure the efficient fund operation and benefit our endowment insurance fund operation management.
