Cangzhou Dahua (Group) Ltd. Co. (CZDH) is a Long-history large-scale chemical fertilizer Business enterprise. Executing intensive study to its development strategy has practical and immediate significance.Under the guidance of modern strategy management concept and theoretical fruit, and applying the general methodology of enterprise strategy study, this paper makes a systematic and integral analysis to both internal conditions and external environments concerning CZDH's long-term development and identifies not only the opportunities and risks which CZDH will be faced with in the competitive-natured environment, but also the advantages and disadvantages is possesses. Based on the above analysis results, this paper has put forward the strategic guidance, the strategic development objectives, the strategic key points, the strategic steps for CZDH's development in a decade or even longer period, and calculate the major economic and technological indexes which CZDH should achieve along each development phase. Besides, main strategic measures needs for the realization of CZDH strategic objectives is formulated, and the overall strategic plan for CZDH development aimed turn-of-century-development is sketched.In this paper, the author strives to expound through integration of quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis, theoretical analysis with practical examples, strives to calculate and foresee CZDH's future from the view of the historical height of global and Chinese Chemical fertilizer Industry's development, strives that the proposed plan is both clear-aimed and operational in a view to render useful assistance to the development of CZDH.
