As we known, management is important and essential for surviving and development of an enterprise. The key is that what are managements and how to manage. At certain extent, managements are work of fundamental. Job analysis is belongs to this kind of fundamental work. Meanwhile, job analysis is base of all HRM' s activities. If one enterprise conduct a valid, timing, and continuously renewed job analysis, the enterprise' s HRM should be lifeful.In this thesis, first of all, the writer studies some relative concepts, theories, methods and so on. Then detail researched the whole process of SD Company 's job analysis. There are three parts in the thesis as following:The first part introduces some important concepts, theories, methods and so on. In the part, the writer put forwards his own view about job analysis, and emphasize particularly on that the keystone of job analysis 's conducting and applying is vary with the goal of job analysis.The second part introduces the demonstration research of SD Company 's job analysis. There are six steps in this job analysis: target stage, preparation stage, investigation stage, analysis stage, application stage, and feedback stage. According to the result of the job analysis, the company transformed its organization structure, built up its system of performance management, and fixed number of persons, etc.The third part summarizes the job analysis's situation. The writer refer to some advices about small enterprise's job analysis and other HRM' s activates.
