Modern enterprises ought to consistently create a scientific and logical training system and developing plan of their' employees to hold their HR advantages and promote their management efficiencies in the severe market competition, as HR development and management has been a key problem of modern organization management.With more than 20 years of reforming and opening in China, private enterprises have become an active leading part in national economy. However, we cannot ignore the facts that the general operations of these enterprises are far from standards and regulations, mainly due to the lower level of HR management, even worse many have no systematic training plan.As to Dalian Shide Group Ltd.,Co., the common shortage former mentioned still exists there though it has nearly become a famous private conglomerate over different industries. Its training work started in 1997, with that Shide group's training has passed through 3 periods-personnel and education department, training center and Shide university. Till 2003, they got a very passive and expensive training effect resulted from the lack of systematic training method, as the weak point which blocks its advance. Therefore, to set up a more practical and logical training system had become a matter of great urgency.The author, as the director of training department in Shide university, engaged in the whole course of the founding of Shide university and creating rules and regulations of training system which was proven effective in Shide Group, based on the close co-operation of my colleagues and the flexible and diversified practice of my learning. Nevertheless, there are still deficiencies in theplan because of the limited time and knowledge level, for instance the space content in the training plan cannot synchronize the advancing steps of the group; . the control over the training effects and feedbacks should be much more strengthened. The author will keep making efforts on the perfection of the plan.This essay is what the author practiced and thought over training subject while acting as a chief administrator of training affairs in Shide group. It includes five parts: part I is an introduction about the aims and structure of the essay; part II is about the theoretical study on HR training; part III is about the actual state of HR training management in private enterprises; part IV is about the constructive practice on HR training in Shide group; part V is about the thoughts and suggestions to the training management in Shide group. Through the in-depth analysis of the actual training state in Shide group, the author tries to conclude some constructive experiences of constituting a whole course of enterprise training system with satisfactory effects, and does hope the efforts here could help to make a solid foundation for the further research on enterprise HR training.
