Treatment Among Drug Users In The Community Model

At present, the drug problems and drug-related criminals are increasing each year, it has created big obstacles to the social stability and harmony. Because the difficulty of breaking away from drugs, drug-related criminals can't eliminate in a short time. There have been many defects of our country's original drug modes, the number of drug addicts has not been effectively controlled. The promulgation of"Anti-drug Law"in 2007 has established the community treatment pattern, changed the treatment pattern which formerly took forcibly method to suppress drug abusers, so they can break away from drugs in the family,it's bound to promote the progress of China's suppress drug work. Community-rehabilitation begins a short time in our country, and now in a certain condition of practice and explore. There are so many problems and challenges with this mode. This paper is on the basis of analyzing the community-rehabilitation's operating process, put forward the difficulty of it, and focuses on how to consummate this new pattern. The paper is comprised of four parts, about 35,000 words.Part one, the harm of drugs and the necessary of dropping drugs. This paper analyses the harm of drugs from three parts.â‘ Drugs seriously torment body and mind healthy.â‘¡Drugs destroy the happiness of family.â‘¢Drugs induce crimes and endanger the society. Along with the increasing number of drug-addicts in the whole world, do better of the suppress drug work will produce important affect.Part two, the origin of community-rehabilitation. This section, I introduce the source of community-rehabilitation, probe into the operation process and significance of this mode.Part three, compare with community anti-drug model and other anti-drug model. This paper by comparing with three anti-drug models, point out the biggest advantage of community anti-drug model which can manage and control every drug-addicts in the community at most, and realize valid social control with drug-addicts.Part four, the present situation and challenge of community-rehabilitation. This part mainly discusses the current situation of community-rehabilitation at home and overseas, the content and operation process of it. In addition, mainly elaborate the exploration and problems of Ningbo Haishu district at Nanmen Street.Part five, the suggestion of community-rehabilitation. This part mainly discusses the difficulty in reality operation and put forward my suggestion to further consummate community-rehabilitation.
