Execution Capability Analyzing Of Telecom Enterprise

With the rapid development of communication market, telecommunication enterprises have get away from monopolization, at the same time bringing competitive mechanism into every service domains after the innovation and reformation. It is the execution capability that determines whether the enterprises will gain a footing in the intense market competition and be further developed and consolidated. So how to improve the enterprises' execution capability is the subject facing to every manager. In order to solve this synthetic problem, studies will be done in various fields such as enterprise culture, organizational structure, the process etc. Given the nature of the author's job and the actuality and imperative, this paper tries to study on the ways of improving enterprises' execution capability while taking the BEIHAI Telecom for example.
