Along with our country's fast and healthy development of the information industry, mobile communication business market become a new bright and hot point in the information industry of Hunan province. Hunan mobile communication company (HNMCC) and Hunan union communication company (HNUCC) are the main soldier in Hunan mobile communication business, Hunan telecommunication company (HNTC) of also participated to the market competition after releasing Personal Access Phone System (PAS) business. Three companies compete with each other, the structure and form of compete increasingly vigorous.HNMCC establishes in 1999, is a company that conducted to mobile communication business at the earliest stage on the market in Hunan. In the competition activity of many years, the market share and the business incomes that HNMCC occupies have the advantage, also becoming a set of competition strategy. But, this set of competition strategy in the of still expose some problem in the management activity of company with the change of the company's exterior and inner environment, these problem will more and more restrict seriously the development of the enterprise. Therefore, it is necessary to completely analyze the current situation again, aim at the rival's advantage and disadvantage in new period, decidedly adjust the competition strategy, thus set up and develop it's own core competencies, create the ability of durative development for the enterprise.This text firstly introduce the current competition strategy of HNMCC, expound the background of the strategy's formation, thorough analyze the problem exist in the competition strategy, including brand strategy, price strategy, channel management strategy, customer service strategy. In Chapter 3 and chapter 4, this text use the environment factor analytical method and SWOT analytical method, carry on the research to exterior and inner environment of HNMCC, analyze the superiority and inferiority between company and rival, pointing out the affect result in from the environment changes to HNMCC. According to the analysis above, this text state: in order to keep the development ability and the competition abilities continuously, the company's current competition strategy must be adjusted. In chapter 5, this text puts forward the principle and targets of the competition strategy adjustment, scheme the competition strategy adjustment project, and illustrate the measure which must begreatly guaranteed for insuring the project to carry out to the point.
