The Research Of Reserve Cadre Training Problem In Ethnic Areas

Today, in the high-speed development of the socialism Market economy, the Country proposed the China's Western Development Program, as well as the objectives of Building a Well-off Society and building a harmonious society. These provide opportunities to the training of reserve cadre in Ethnic Areas. It must be more and more urgent to cultivate a large number of high-quality reserve cadres. It is just the important theory significance and the practical significance of this article.My article uses these analysis methods: document analysis, on-the-spot investigation and case analysis. First,I am trying to define the concept of national reserve cadre, and proof its training rationality. Then, I attempt to aggregate the characteristics and the basic contents of national reserve cadre training. Based of these, I analyze the channels of reserve cadre training and point out the problems. Through the investigation data I discuss Xuandiaosheng as one of the new pattern of training channels. And proposed the policy suggestion to improve Xuandiaosheng training .
