The Study Of Female Civil Servants Human Resources In Hami District Of Xinjiang

The human physiological gender divide human resource into male human resource and female human resource naturally. The exploitation of male human resource has been put into effort for a long time, but female human resource still not been taken into account seriously like precious mineral resources been buried deeply under the ground. As a special group of female, female civil service both have general characters of female and new specialties that derive from the occupation----civil service. Attaching importance to enhance the social status of female is a consistent policy of our party and government, so, researching female civil service and grasping the exploiting way of female civil service in order to enhance the efficiency are actual problem face to us, especially under the circumstance of administrative system reform and enhancing administration efficiency. The research object of this article which discuss the problem and method of exploiting of female civil service is the female civil service of Hami district of XinJiang.
