In recent years, the research about special strength training is becoming an important topic in sports training area. In this paper, depends deeply research, it is consider that special strength training methods are more useful than normal strength training methods in improve the athletes'competitive ability, the reason is in special strength training actions'structure is more similar with special technique. So the special strength training has more relationship with the special technique. Considerably, special strength training will be viewed as a kind of special technique training which with elements of strength training. Because of this reason, the sport memories of special strength training will be easier to translate into special techniques, after continually practice these memories will be changed into masterly special sports techniques. The sports memory theory claim that the deeper stimulate make the deeper memories. And the more frequently of memory translate the shorter time of masterly technique. As this result, except special training methods, the stimulus degree in special strength training and the frequencies of exercise are two imperative factors which will influence the training result. However, how to control the stimulus degree and the frequencies of exercise property is a primary problem. If the stimulus degree were too high, the muscles could be tired deeply, this will lead to bad effect to special training. There is a method will avoid this situation, the method is decrease the frequencies of practice. But in this way, can not help for strength training memory translate into special technique, just like more than 80% recent strength training methods are take one or two times heavy strength training in a week. Except this method, there is no other method to deal this problem in a better way. The primary opinion in this research is to find a better method to solve this problem.Firstly, in this paper researcher studied the recently research results clearly. Then, the researcher put out the primary concept of this paper, the permeability strength training method. The permeability strength training method required:1st, high stimulus degree and few times of strength training stimulate. (higher than 90%MVC and 1—3times) 2nd, using this method in high frequencies and long time.3rd, make strength training in special method which relate to the special technique.4th, relating the strength training and the technique training together firmly. In this paper, it is consider that the permeability strength training is an effective method which can resolve the problem of stimulus degree and exercise frequencies.Then, in this research an experiment was taken, with the permeability strength training method trained the ability of horizontal jumping. Because the permeability strength training required a special strength training method, so this experiment introduced the hip stress special training theory, adopt the "hip stress lower lime specific strength training apparatus", design an experiment with three groups compared with each other. The first group, use the permeability strength training method and the hip stress lower specific strength training apparatus; the second group, use the permeability strength training method and traditional barbell strength training method; the third group, use traditional strength training method which only make one or two heavy strength training a week and traditional barbell strength training method. At last, by the compare of these three groups'achievements before and after the experiment, the result will be found. After eight weeks training, it is found that the permeability strength training is a better way for improve the ability of horizontal jumping. On the other hand, the first group get a better achievement improve trend than the second group. It is prove that the hip stress theory is a correct and useful special training method.
