In order to clear good diver electrical characteristics of different actions,improving pertinence and scientific strength training.This article USES the myoelectricity tester(megawin6000-16)completed for eight diving athletes(four springboard athlete and four platform athletes;age: 17.50 ± 2.10 years)test of different land simulation movement(springboard: 104 B,202 B,302 B,202 B;platform: 202 C,302 C,402 C,302 C),and completed the 27 diver(male: 16.79 ± 3.41 years old,n =14;female: 15.9 ±4.51 years old,n = 13)body power quality index of the test.The results showed that:(1)in a springboard for action,104 b,202 b,302 b and 402 b integral of gastrocnemius muscle in the relatively high electrical values were 78.50 uVs,92.00 uVs,51.00 uVs and 96.00 uVs,and mobilization ability is very strong.(2)in the platform motion,102 c,202 c,302 c and 202 c electrical values also relatively high integral of gastrocnemius muscle in 78.25 uVs,109.00 uVs,149.25 uVs and 71.50 uVs.Other muscles in the individual action only shows strong mobilization ability.(3)based on the project athletes power quality testing,formulated the deviation in the athletes of the project evaluation,to facilitate the project evaluation and diagnosis of athletes.Men divers in situ touch high index,the index of the bench press,TiaoShen across index,the index of the squat,after a solid sphere and caught the ball belly in jump index higher than female athletes,female athletes on the kneeling position of push-pull roller is better than male athletes,difference don't hang on the leg and big.(4)the strength training should be paid attention to on the basis of stable development quickly,pay attention to the use of general strength developing special forces,pay attention to the choice and strength training methods to strengthen the functional training.Conclusion:(1)from the perspective of the electrical test of the diver,gastrocnemius in different techniques showed an important force in feature,it can not only show the vertical coordination of sma and glutes,or diving in the main force of muscles,canfrom a technical action is shown on the duration of the power and strength characteristics of the control actions.Later strength training needs to be updated,especially to strengthen the improvement of gastrocnemius muscle training,the outstanding balance in the training of the athletes,stable and fast strength training.(2)through the diver's relative strength training method,the design and application of different parts of the emphasis on athletes has been quick to power stability and balance training,individual development fast strength effect is not obvious,fast strength must be based on the project athletes strength based on the equilibrium stability is more meaningful.(3)most athletes there are some disadvantages in terms of balance power stability,balance and stability of strength training has a prominent role on the project athletes clearly.Therefore,to further improve this ability is the key,it may also improve jumping ability of power protection.(4)functional strength training has been widely used,but not enough system and standard,systematic and standardization is the basic requirement of strength training,should design and perfect the means and methods of this kind of strength training,to make it more conducive to the athletes of special forces to improve.
