School sport as an important part of education in promoting physical and mental health of students and improve the overall quality of students has an irreplaceable role. Volleyball as a sport in China an advantage in college physical education has a mass base, loved by students, but in the actual teaching process, also found some problems, large differences in the level of students, and there is as physical reason for the mastery of the technology and improve volleyball phenomenon, particularly for girls. Volleyball is the female students one cf the most popular sports, girls volleyball every year there are many electives, but because of poor physical quality of girls, especially in power quality, resulting in movement techniques are not standardized, the error moves too much of a Volleyball to teach.Volleyball hands as the front passing an important foundation in one of the technologies, is both an upper and lower limbs dominated the large muscle groups involved, but also by the fingers, wrist fine movement of the small muscle groups, with a certain degree of difficulty to master the basic techniques of volleyball. Based on the literature, expert consultation and questionnaire research methods based on experimental research. Through the experimental class of 32 hours of teaching activities of interference, an appropriate increase in every class on the lower limb strength exercises, and then the experimental classes and control classes of data collected by the number of results of statistical analysis results showed that:1. Volleyball Class increase in the strength of appropriate exercises, physical fitness of students can be significantly improved.2. In volleyball in the appropriate class to increase strength exercises help students pass the mastery of a positive, especially for technology to master the correct ball. 3. The students enhanced power quality, and boosting their confidence, stimulate students interest in sport and actively participate in physical activity to promote student health.4. The development of the power quality of the students, the students can enhance physical fitness, promoting motor skills to master, is conducive to the realization of school physical education curriculum objectives.
