Sport training is a complicated system engineering. The complexity not only exists in the long-term character and arduous mission of training process, but also appears in its scientificity. The higher the level of scientization is, the more it benefits the improvement of tactics. Football in Europe and America remains on the glory trail for long years not only because people's great enthusiasm on it, but also because their developed training logos and complete scientific training system of football.In order to research into the training characteristic of youth's coaches of grass-roots unit in our country, this thesis makes an investigation on partial coaches'current training situation of league football matches in Beijing junior middle schools based on documentary data method, questionnaire method, interviewing method, method of mathematical statistics and so on. And makes a conclusion as below:1.The coaches of league football matches in Beijing junior middle schools is a team whose members constitute reasonable age structure, and have higher educational background, ideal grading qualification, and specific teaching motivation. But the overall distribution is not rational:most coaches with higher grading qualification and sports career are in the schools of traditional sports and club mesh point schools. Coaches with lower grading qualification and no sports career, who play double- role of PE teachers and part-time coaches are mostly in ordinary middle school. The distribution does not benefit the improvement of football in Beijing junior middle schools.2.Basically, the coaches know the specific training mission. They take the technical training as the main developing quality. The minority of coaches of high-level football teams would also arrange some simple courses about tactical training and the training about physical quality and body coordination. Part of the coaches of low-level football teams mainly arrange some exercises of competitive games, developing team members'ordinary technical capability through competition3. When giving single training course, coaches choose the content and make sequence arrangement basically follow the progressive resistance of the procedure of sports training which is from simplicity to complexity, from non-antagonistic exercise to antagonistic exercise.4. The coaches represent responsibility and good work attitude when conducting training course. But they don't focus on the instructional method during the process of training course. And they pay much attention to the content of training, but ignore its details. Most of them adopt the spoon-feeding method, lacking of effective communication with team members and appropriate means of encouragement for team members. The phenomenon of bad wording habit and weak conducting awareness exist generally. These shortcomings affect the effectiveness of training course to some extent.
